This morning a woman yelled at me for not HANDING her a pen. Apparently, gently placing it on the counter in front of her was really rude. Worthy of lecturing me about how rude I am, and confronting another customer in the parking lot to tell them about how rude I am. I could understand if I was cranky or rushed about things, but I was polite ( Read more... )

i always hate handing customers stuff because there's always that awkward moment where your hands might tough. icky. sorry she sucked.

if i ever here someone doing that to a salesperson, i usally apologize to the salesperson. like, yesterday these people were telling the girl at the register that she spoke good english for an immigrant. it was ridiculous and demeaning. people are idiots.

dumb retail....u always encounter the most emotionally unstable during retail work related experiences....i hate that. boo. yes, lucky that u get above min wage ha
