Well, here it is-- the end. I'd say that I'll be free of pencils, books, and teachers' dirty looks, but I love writing, I love reading, and the I had an almost universally positive experience with the faculty here

I would love to come up for your graduation to support you and all, but my school isn't finished until a week after yours does, so I won't be able to make it. However, I'm going to try to come up the last week of May and perhaps then, we can have a massive graduation party!
Congrats on graduating, Dan. You should be very proud of yourself. I know I'm proud of you. *hug*
No problem; we already discussed this, and I understand your situation. It's cool. And thanks. ...Although, I just learned I'm not quite out of the woods yet. I've got a massive backlog of short, one to two page response papers to do for a class. My super-laid back Readings in Theology professor, Dr. Thompson, is the type that will always except late work and will never bug you about it, but he's also the type that won't excuse any work, as a point of integrity. I agree with his philosophy completely, and only feel bad that I'm making more work for him at the end of the semester like this. Anyway, the next day or two is going to suck for me, and I'll probably be out of touch.
Yeah... unfortunately as Tim noted, I likely won't be able to make it to your graduation as there's a possibility I may wind up working, and that my family is celebrating Ed's birthday that day with a big cook out style dinner and such. Plus... with your family there, I'd probably get bitched at for goofing around or something. But congrats dude. *makes a little Lego man climb up onto a table.* Ya finally made it!
Heh, thanks. Actually, I already talked to Mom about the making of a video and goofing off and such. It's simply a matter of all the cool people without sticks up their asses sitting somewhere removed from my grandmother and aunts so they can enjoy all that "Pomp and Circumstance" garbage unhindered. "Pomp and Circumstance" is an annoying repetetive, lame-ass piece of music, by the way. But, if you've got stuff going on, that's the way the cookie crumbles, I suppose.
