I'm still hopeful for this semester, and I'm still working my ass off on it. I've found new and subtle things to life that I didn't have weeks ago, and that's more than most people find in years. I'm happy, and short of a quick succession of things occuring in a rather ruthless manner, I doubt that'll change.

It's odd how the brain works.
