I've been looking through the same list of faculty for nearly two months, trying to decide who to contact for rotations. Since I'm now looking at everyone's description for the 80th time I'm noticing minutiae on their CV. For example, one guy in the department published a lot of things in the journal Pain. Know how you feel - I'm getting stressed about choosing a rotation lab now and I won't be in one til March. Boo to decisions.

I technically don't have to start a rotation in January...but I feel like I should at least talk to some people soon, maybe not necessarily pick specific labs.

Dude, you're at Harvard? I somehow thought you were at Stanford. I was in Cambridge yesterday, and will be there again next week -- we should try to have lunch or something.

absolutely! I'm not actually in Cambridge...but I can get there easily. I have class till noon Monday through Thursday, and I'll be out of town Friday. Email me and we can get together!

Friday is actually when I'll be there. Bah. Oh well, we want to hire everyone in course 6 at MIT, so I'm sure I'll be up there again.
