thanks m. i'm doing better and i don't feel that simmering in the back of my mind like i have been for the past several months.

i think i was just waiting, subconsciously, for an excuse to blowup at something that wouldn't necessarily blowup back at me.

and it's always nice to know that i've got pack brothers and sisters willing to help.
