Calm before the storm
The streets have become suspiciously more calmer. Crime rates are steadily dropping and demon sightings, although still present, have become less frequent.
Some ministers are encouraged by this and actually naive enough to think that they are beginning to purge New Sanctum of it's enemies...fools, whether on the path to victory or defeat, one should never let their gaurd down.
The way i see things is, this is a subtle omen of the mayam that is yet to come....i may not have the gift of foresight but i will be prepared for anything and carry on the work of the Shinsengumi.
