Yes, I am an awful friend; I freely admit it. ;-) Hubby and I have been racing to finish our Hurricane Katrina work by year’s end, and so have had very little free time. Oh, yeah, and there’s that wee bit of holiday and family thing going on as well.

Thank you. It's funny, real life may need to come first, but in many ways I feel my obligations here as strongly as I do in RL. Certainly this is a more fun place to spend my time. ;-)

What the person above said *points* Not horrible friend, responsible human being and this is supposed to be fun, not an obligation.

That said, when you do catch up on the exchange, you'll find some stuff to lvoe there. I'd particularly point to "Wheel of the Moon," "To Make Much of Time" and "Parodox" my favorites so far.

RL has no sense of humor, I've decided. So, for the next few days I'm rewarding myself by reading fic and playing around on the internet.

I think you're quite right about RL. It waits until you have a plan in place and then it kicks it all to hell!

The spirits of RL seem to take an unholy delight in making certain that any plan, no matter how well concieved, is doomed to end up very well arsed.

*sigh*
