Good golly, what an amiable solution! Brava! Brava! So, is this going to be the first science conference you attend with your Harry Potter robe in your suitcase? Have a wonderful trip, and happy conferencing of all sorts!

Somehow I suspect we'd get some strange looks at the presentation if we showed up in robes and black pointy hats, but I can think of many uses I could put a wand to during some of the more boring lectures. ;-) The funny thing is, Toronto is where the other big HP convention is later this year, so I could always claim to be just a bit early.

::cracks up:: If you're presenting a poster and at the end of your stint you see an empty board, write something Harry Potter themed on the back and post it. Hopefully you'll get lots of questions. :D

I think Droxy is going to be at lunch today. I really can't wait! I was so jealous last year when everyone talked about Lumos and meeting everyone, that I'd hoped to attend this year. When things looked like they wouldn't work out I'd given up hope, so this last minute 'stop over' seemed like the perfect solution. ;-) Now I just have to make Hubby presentable *smirk*

Hubby and I had a wonderful time with you and Dracontia a lunch, and return the Dance of Awesomeness! I'm only sorry we didn't have the chance to get together later. I hope the rest of the convention went off well for you. Hopefully I'll have my pics up soon.

I can't tell you how wonderful it was to meet up with you at PR!!! It was so amazing to finally get together with so many Snapefans. I can't claim the the world is any safer now from microorganisms, but at least they've been talked to death this past week! I can't wait to delve into everyone's pics; I'm sure there are some great ones. I should b getting some of mine up soon, but I'm afraid I don't have all that many.
