Hi all…

How's everyone doing? I’m finally home, we had no internet in Toronto (actually the hotel did claim to have WiFi at $15.99 a day, but the one day we splurged we still couldn’t really get it to work), I had an amazing time at Phoenix Rising meeting everyone and will post pics soon, I can’t wait to delve into everyone else’s pics soon and ( Read more... )

Boy am I behind the times! Thanks, and I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to get together at PR. I love your icon; such a sad looking kitty.

I hate coming home to a disaster after we've been traveling. Fortunately this year our dog was extremely happy with her accomodations while we were gone so that was great, but the extended release fish food killed our placostamus (8 years old and longer than my hand; we were really upset and I've written a nasty letter to the manufacturer.)

Otherwise our homecoming was smoother than yours, and I do hope the leaky toilet is resolved quickly and easily.

I saw a picture of you! I was going through some of the PR pix and it was great to put a face to the name.

Ack, I can't believe I never replied to this! I'm really sorry about your placo. They're one of my favorites and so much fun to watch in a tank. Have you got a new one?

I really miss being away from the internet and my flist. The social interactions here may not be face to face, but that makes them no less real. Being away for a long time leaves me longing to find out what everyone is up to.

And here I thought I'd kept a low profile! ;-) I had a great time at PR meeting everyone I've interacted with for so long. It's too bad you and your family couldn't make it, you would have enjoyed it.

Hope all is well with you, and your summer is going well.

I think I'd forgotten about this comment, so no worries. No, I'm afraid no new fish for us. UberGeek has decided to retire the tank for awhile (it's been 22 years.)

All is well this end, and I'm sorry your life has been quite so hectic, but understand nonetheless.

I so hope all is well with you both.
