Apartment Hunting and HS Reunion

The lease for my current apartment is up next month and there is no way in hell I'm staying there any longer. One, my rent has gone up an absurd amount, if I sign a 12 month lease it will go up to $625 which is $100 more than I paid when I first moved in. Two, I'm beginning to hate living there due to the absurd things they're doing to the complex
