Depends on how desperate they are. You said it was on the market for awhile and they were willing to pay the maintenance fees for a few months, so it's possible. I'd guess they'll counter-offer at $220,000-$225,000, though, just to try to get more out of you. (Not that I know ANYTHING about this stuff, except for all the house-hunting shows I watch. :P)
