DIET PLAN
well...
i started the wieght thing back up...
I messed it up yesterday..
did ok today except for the sugar in the tea.
but i think I am ok.
I am not going to bother to wieght myself til next week.

Mom said for next year's Halloween she'll help me with a bellydancers costume to wear.

When you do weigh yourself, don't freak out. Remember that you are using a different scale which can have a slight variance. Use your first weigh in as a new base.
