So, I had completely forgotten about livejournal. I can admit it, my infatuation with the flashy and popular Facebook caused me to lose sight of the subtle, lovable Livejournal. Now that I find Facebook's novelty worn off, I return with my tail between my legs to dear old Livejournal

Congratulations to Ellie! (Weird to call her that, but I'll get it eventually).

Your summer sounds delicious. Grad school isn't the work-a-day world, but there is the tacit assumption that you will put in at least a 40 hour week. I don't mind working, it's just that I like sitting around with tea and my cats and Chris, too. Gah.

And you are going to Taiwan and Japan! Eek! Isn't it coming up soon? I thought it was Spring Break...
