Just across Chinatown Point, along the stretch with ever-bustling Hotel 81, is a quaint coffeeshop that sells the most Q chicken noodles. I'll order two servings of their 'mian' with every visit, and it comes on a delicious bedding of soy sauce mix. My noodles always runs out before the chicken does. The chicken is not bad; it just isn't that good

I think that when you liken religion with hobbies, you might understand why people would donate so much money to build mega churches and sculpt golden statues of their gods.

For example, you might think that stamps are stupid, but extremely rare stamps can fetch thousands of dollars. All snapped up by avid collectors.

I'm not trying to generalize, but I have noticed from my Church that there are some "believers" who seem to treat Christianity as a hobby/past-time.

ah yes, religious conundrum. When my grandpa died my family had to plead with some holy grand abbot for an appointment slot so that they could pay him thousands to chant some special sutra so he goes up the celestial ladder faster. the monk came in a merc.
