I'd go with that - plus demanding a refund for the parts they overcharged you for, billing them for breakages and perhaps for loss of earnings for time off work when they never turned up or bothered to tell you they weren't coming.
Oh and claim something for the extra heating costs caused by their improperly fitted windows too.
