Woah, is the side door wedged open from the crash? O_o That's some pretty serious body damage!

*hugs you* I'm still so glad you both made it out of there ok!

your flower pics are pretty.

i'm sorry about your suv; i'm glad you weren't more seriously hurt. the bumper doesn't look too bad (it's plastic; it's supposed to die, and i'm willing to bet that the little metal thingie that's in it died, too), but . . . is the frame bent? you might be able to get it pulled, but they're never teh same after that.

The insurance company totalled it. The frame was bent like that on both sides, plus the truck is just crooked and dog walking.

Irrepairable damage, I'm afraid.

crud. :/

i'm sorry to hear that.

after i wrecked my mustang (which already had a salvage title), the insurance company totaled it out, and my mom fixed it for me. of course, the frame was irreparably kinked, and not as safe, so we ended up selling it to some of my cousin's friends (because society would not be missing them if they died...), and i got the sable (which i later gave to my mom, and i got a celica!). i was thinking y'all might be able to do something similar, because insurance on a car with a salvage title is wicked cheap, even for full coverage, but yeah... don't think that's gonna work on this one.

In my state you can't get legal plates on a salvaged title vehicle.

The ins company kept the vehicle - we had only made 2 payments on it.
