Pretty fun packed day yesteday, Kell and I experienced 2 different aspects of the entertainment spectrum.
Firstly caught the 12 o'clock showing of

MBV:3D has strangely been getting very good reviews. Most people saying the same as you - it's kinda dumb, but in a very entertainingly gory way.
Off to see the panto this coming Saturday. I'm sure I'll enjoy it, but I'll post something afterwards.

I think you will enjoy MBV-3D, If you like the original I think the new one is a good reworking of it, though the added bonus of it being in 3D helped.
Annoyingly still waiting on my Special Edition of the first one from DVD Pacific :(
The panto was awesome, I'm sure you will also enjoy that as well, I hope you are not in the front row though :)that poor sod had the piss ripped out of him for most of the night.

And Ade has kindly obtained a ticket for me to go with him and sisters to see panto next week (as Amanda's already seen it without me!). Can't beat a bit of Barrowman fun...

MBV is worth the effort and I am sure you will all enjoy the panto.

I did toy with seeing My Bloody Valentine on Friday 13 Feb and Friday the 13th on Saturday 14 Feb, just for the hell of it. Ended up seeing both that Friday.

I enjoyed them both, though I felt MBV had the edge over FTT, I think the fact it was in 3D helped.
Though I have watched both original movies quite recently and can't believe how dated, and quite tame, they are to whats coming out these days.
