Okay, so before I went to bed last night, I saw this commerical about this show that tries to figure out all these different questions...like...are there such things as ghosts, etc. One of the questions was "Do girls feel more pressure to have sex ( Read more... )

I think it's the girls who feel most pressure (in most situations). Because of the way our fucked up society is wired...in most cases when guys have sex it's considered 'macho' or them just sowing their oats. However, if a GIRL has sex, she's considered a slut. Go figure. I hate double standards.

oh, it's the girl for a number of reasons.

1) if she wants to make her b/f happy, then she'll do it.
2) if she thinks she's ready, she'll do it, but there's always that little bit of guilt and unsurity...
3) the fact that ppl, including herself, will think she's a slut
4) the fact that she can get pregnant if she did it
5) the STD's and crap
6) ...how will the first time be?
7) ...what will it be like? will it hurt? blah blah blah

im sure there are a few others, but im content with this list.
