Fitness game -- how do I do it?

Where I stand right now with my physical fitness is sort of an impasse; my asthma improves when I exercise, but I get these crippling muscle spasms in the outside line of my ankle and in my calves any time I try to do any form of activity.  My father has the same problem, and he's never found a solution.  How am I supposed to go forward with ( Read more... )

Beware of staying strict to cardio, too much cardio and not enough strength training can actually make you gain weight instead of loose it. For more information:

Cardio and stamina are great things, but not the sole factors in making you loose weight.

I mean, I trust an MD over you... It's not just cardio, it's diet and exercise.

I wasn't suggesting you should "trust me over your doctor," I provided the link so that you could become more informed on this concept that is currently generating a lot of talk in the fitness community.

What you choose to do with it is up to you.
