I would say, his diet isn’t very balanced so that is possible... but more likely than not it’s do to stress. Stress which he’s not willing to admit he’s going through, but is obvious to just about anyone that pays attention or takes the time to notice/care...

Anyway, I'm happy the visit with your mom and doggies went so well!

Why is everyone talking about me in the third person? Geesh, I go on duty for one day. As to the stress, what are you talking about? I have no stress. And for the meditation I'm doing fine, I burn incense every day. Now if you excuse me I havn't been able to shower for two days and sweet hot water calls. Laters.

Of course you have no stress... no one ever does... nope... no way...

I spoke of you in the third person because you weren't actively involved in the conversation... that and I never really know if you’ll be back from duty or not... you know those crazy armed Marines and all *grin*

Burning incense is NOT meditation...*grr*... I'm ganna have to send you a "Meditation for Dummies" book or something... you really will be surprised at what a difference it makes! I speak from experience... and just look at what shambles I go to when I haven’t been meditation regularly! *laughs* Yes, I am a hypocrite... but that’s no reason for you not to take care of yourself...
