A change from the normal. A serious topic. There was a guy in the paper that I read today that I knew of. He was a sailor down where I work and while I did not personally know him, I knew of him...and in fact might have met him in passing without takeing notice. *Sighs* I don't know... I probably would do nothing and kick myself for the rest of my life for it...

That really is terrible, I'm sorry you had to see/read that babe *hugs* I don’t understand how a person can possibly be driven to do such a thing...

Why, would you doing this, be any “better” or different than what he did? Preemptive strikes of some sort? Does that make it ok? Even if you KNEW what he was going to do with certainty... why is taking his life any more ok than him taking hers?

I can justify that. He is an adult as so tainted by the world. He has become what he will be. But a child is pure potentional. He is a waste, the child deserves the chance to become. I cannot argue the morale with logical reason, or suggest its legal under even the most biast concerns. But it would be right.

Hmm... where would you draw the line though? You say you'd be willing to kill him, before the fact, if you had known... but what if his wife was only pregnant with the child? Based on your reasoning it's still full of potential and he is a grown man...

I'm not sure I like the direction this conversation is takeing. I've started to write twice now and each time I come to a point where I do not want you to consider. End of discussion.
