I'm canceling Dim Sum, at least for me from this point forward. Considering how it ended, having a celebration of the beginning of the relationship seems inappropriate to me. Yes, it was only at the root of the celebration and not the current cause. But the association is too much ( Read more... )

I would suggest random gatherings of friends in lab coats but I don't know if our current culture could take it.

*sigh* Well that sucks. How about doing something different altogether, something that doesn't involve food and a buncha people. Like archery or car racing or a scavenger hunt. Who knows?

There are good restaurant/bars who have good happy hours; with $2 sushi and such. They start as early as 2pm on Sundays at some places.
