I couldn't do anything to help them!  I couldn't even see with all of the things that were going on that it would end up this way...  I was too preoccupied with my own problems and other minor matters to look into it more...  If I had, maybe...  Even just one person may not have died...  I really am a failure of a hero...

Other than that...I guess 'don't worry' really wouldn't work here, but I am going to get to the bottom of this.

Maybe. I don't know... I guess I just never expected something like this to happen so close to me.. And I had just decided to leave the subject alone because everyone involved wouldn't tell me what was going on...

I just thought it was something that was going to happen in the future, not so close in time...
