Have you ever wondered what was wrong with me? If I have ever offended or disgusted, a person was very dishonest. People are shallow and sex-driven, regardless if they believe it or not. Neediness is the most anti-seductive trait I can think of, other than say, sickness.

I suppose that's the trick. You don't want to be needy but you do want to make the person feel needed. It isn't anti-seductive. Most people are just over-bearing.

This is an interesting post. I'm surprised Erik hasn't commented on it. Then again, I'm a little late arriving, myself...

I personally endorse considering actions before taking them, but I will concede forthright that it makes life considerably more difficult at a certain level. I do think, however, that considering the motive/source of your own actions/desires will make you a more enlightened person.

I find people admire me. I notice things going on around me rather than experiencing the moment. I recall my days with more detail because my own words don't collude my thoughts. I find people in a constant state of deception. It becomes clear that people are fond of excuses over truth, especially children and Women! I find that when I reply to people, my uncertainty towards their question will not be as visible if I stop and consider the question. The best part about thinking is how uncomfortable it makes some people. People get impatient or nervous ( ... )
