Okay so I've made a plan for myself to bulk up this year, where last year I was jogging with a co-worker to slim down. I've been working on my chest as of late and pushing heavy wieght with a few reps in the gym. I've re-descovered some things about myself; I sickly love leg pressing (soo easy) as my current gym partner and great friend noticed
