OMG.

This is so great. It is beautifully written like I just want to read more of this.

I finally read the poem and I gotta say that you did a good job on explaining and including almost everything from the poem into your fic. Like the cry of the gulls and the west moon, they give a subtle hint of what death and your surrounding would look like when it finally approaches you.

And I love how everything is portrayed brilliantly like death can do nothing to you. Like even if you die, you can still live your life as something else. I'd like to read more of this from the other members' pov, the ones who aren't mentioned. But still, this is so so so great.

How Junmyeon turns into water and the wind helps him find Jongdae and how Chanyeol experiences the same and the wind shows him the way to where he is supposed to be. I love the setting, the idea, the poem, the characters and how they all end up being something else.

I like the idea of becoming part of the cosmos when you die as the poem indicates, like every person who dies becomes a star. I wanted to make that more explicit in the fic but I ended up not doing that.

The reason I only used Suchen and Chanyeol was really because they fit with the lines of the poem, otherwise I'd probably have written more haha.

FRICK THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE POEM SAYS/MEANS EVEN THOUGH I'VE READ IT (and listened to it, and also attempted to analyse it) but THIS IS BEAUTIFUL. Judging by the title of the poem, I knew someone's gonna die, but I did not expect the MAMA!powers twist! That was lovely. And even though this fic is not lengthy, I feel like it's just the perfect length, everything is so well placed! You have a knack for poetry. Like, seriously your sentences are beautiful! I'm gonna go ahead and list down all my fave sentences (fave fave ones ofc I can't fit everything inside here! ...or can I e u e)

Wow! This is so wonderfully creative, Karen!!!! I thought Joonmyun and Chanyeol's story arcs would end with their deaths but then you went and did the mama powers thing!!!! The title is a line from the poem! The point is that when you die you sort of transform, and become a part of the cosmos, which is why there were stars all around the boys when they came into the afterlife :3
