Went over to Arundel with nenimefish  today to photograph the castle and the lake in the spring sun. Dead chuffed with some of these; it's the nicest part of Sussex, for me. c:

Includes a little bit of photoshop fiddling, just on brightness and contrast. Too many to comment on one by one, so if you want to know about a specific one, just ask.

Aw cheers~ it's all in the framing, really. Rule of thirds and that. There's a lot to be said for the traditional rules of 'picturesque', still, in places like Arundel.

I reckon the fountain is one of my favourites, yeah. I didn't even spend that long on it or think that hard about it when I was taking it, which is always the way.
