1954 - zebediah eddings is born .
1956 - alan and ngaire eddings relocate to a farm in new zealand with their sons. malcolm eddings is born.
1957 - samuel eddings is born.
1960 - timothy & killian eddings are born.
1962 - dylan eddings is born; ngaire eddings dies in childbirth.
1972 - garath is 18-19 when alan eddings goes missing, finds himself + girlfriend lydia responsible for six younger brothers.
1973 - garath eddings and lydia ullman are married.
1975 - samuel eddings commits suicide.
1979 - garath completes his masters in the US and returns to the farm with his wife.
1983 - malcolm eddings commits suicide.
1984 - zebediah eddings spends less and less time with the family
1986 - lydia eddings dies in childbirth; polly and bella eddings are born. garath eddings, previously a functioning alcoholic, descends into a downward spiral. dylan eddings takes responsibility for his nieces. zebediah eddings goes missing; police suspect ~*foul play*~ on zebediah's part.
1992 - garion eddings is born. garath eddings tracks down his apparently psychotic brother zebediah to the same town as their distant american relatives, and is just in time to rescue baby garion from the fire zebediah set that just killed his parents. garath leaves garion with his maternal grandfather (fred reid) and tries to pick up zebediah's trail, but ultimately returns to otago & custody of his children.
1993 - garath eddings sobers up completely.
2003 - garath eddings moves to minneapolis with 17 year old daughters for a teaching job at st jude high. sometime after this meets frederick abberline, earth trembles.
2004 - pol moves the hell out. ends up living with garion and fred on the farm!
2006ish? doublecheck this - bella moves to the isle of wight to convert to christianity and marry river schull.
2008 - fred reid dies. pol dumps garion unceremoniously on garath. bella gives birth to darren schull in July.
2010s - enfys keel and garion eddings are married. garath + prof fred v. proud parents. enfys loses track of highschool bff candice.
2023 - garath eddings publishes How Remarkable (rejected titles include The Poor Man's Kama Sutra, A Guide To Pubs Around The World, Eddings Sexuality: A History), his own (slightly) fictionalized memoir. sells surprisingly well.
2028 - enfys reconnects with candice! and divorces garion. prof fred drops a bookcase on garion. garath suspects both grandson and granddaughter put on this earth to give him a headache.
2029 - enfys moves to a galaxy far, far away. wtf, enfys. garath somehow still sober. in late september, enfys dies.
