So you're back at school right, and you get another parking ticket. Well, pay it, but then keep it with you, and put it under your winshield wipers so the next time a parking officer sees you illegally parked he'll think, "oh someone already gave him a ticket" and move on.

actually, they just put more tickets in the envelope. i found this out by parking in a motorcycle spot for 3 days. good idea though.

heh, I heard it from a guy who got away with it for a while, but apparantly he was never faced with someone so determined to write a ticket =)
