i remember i went on a semi no carb diet for two monthes. i wasn't trying to lose weight, just purify my body. all i ate was fruits/meats/vegetables & the occasional peanut butter [ha, i was so dumb i didn't know it was a carb]. well, it was really interesting because i was so much more awake & aware of everything around me. but i lost a lot of weight doing it. eventually i started missing cookies & i've stuck to avoiding eating bread.
