Childrens bedtime prayer

Now I lay me down to bed
Great Spirits, bless my sleepy head.
As I journey in my sleep
I know my soul the Dragons keep.
Mother Earth and Father Sky,
watch over me here where I lie
Bring me dreams of peace tonight

All childrens nursery rhymes were like that, ithink its due to all the illness and lack of medicine to cure said illness then. People died often from congestion/flu symptoms. London bridges falling down is about the plague and that is a well known childrens song/dance.
