Week 75: Exclusion Layer - Image - "When It Rained"
sorry this is late,we have had CRAZY thunderstorms here ^^;;now onto the theme!
*ps: yes anniereckless i know im evil,i stole your format.sorry ^^ i just have to get off soon and i liked yours so hope you dont mind =P
Themes:
• Generic - Exclusion Layer!
This theme is very easy,you must use the pretty blue Exclusion Layer in your icon!
if your unsure what it is,go to "new layer" and where it says "normal" and switch to where it says "Exclusion" and put a dark blue in there and your icon get a nice tan :)
*do NOT put your layer at 2% and then tell me you used it,try and make it a little notice able.
• Image - Link
With the provided image, you are free to crop and rework the image to your liking; this isn't too different from our past "Provided Images" challenge.

* Remember, you need to have three consectutive words from these lyrics!
