I guess it is kinda depressing about how ppl who are "lifelong" friends really just turn out to be friends of circumstance, people you hang out with because you have nothing better to do. that's really what it comes down to right?

a bit pessimistic ben? but friends of circumstances turn into good, "life long" friends, that's how you get close to people. you don't like to get close to people do you, you never seemed like you wanted to let anyone in, you always joke about serious stuff.
