Ah don't say that! Just eat, exercise, and all that good stuff. And try to avoid zee fats. I feel sickeningly fat too even though I am like 5lbs over weight. For some reason my stomach never agrees with me and I end up feeling muy sick after eating out. I muust start to excercise as well! (My mum is starting to weigh less than me ... and she's had two kids U_U)
I'm going to start working out more, too. Unfortunately, I've been sick, and this cough just will not go away, so I haven't been fencing or taking walks...I walk up the stairs to my apartment and feel like my lungs are trying to crawl up my throat and out of my mouth...
Anyway...
I'm going to start working out at school, though. We have a gym and a pool. And I'm going to take pilates and I've started taking yoga. So hopefully that'll help some. ^_^
I don't think I could...I've tried before, and I really, really like meat. Sometimes it kinda grosses me out, but that passes pretty quickly...
I try to eat only lowfat meats, though, like chicken and ground turkey instead of beef...But I don't have any non-stick pans, so I end up using a lot of oil. *Sigh* I just can never win.
