I am really tired. I took my first pilates class today, and it rocked, but I am going to be so sore tomorrow. It really kicked my ass, so hopefully that means I will actually lose some weight so I can fit into my jeans again. =P

haha, you will deffinatly be sore. If your mucels ever tence up or even before a class use tiger balm. Its a sports rub that get your mucels relaxed and helps them. I love it, smells strong, but works great.
haha, i love it, i had it all during cheerleading and gosh it helped me. Plus it made me smell good even after everyone else started to smell all sweaty. lol
