Not a bit surprised by this though.  Gardner, the general contractor that's doing our kitchen repair and our office repairs, called Marcy.  They started tearing out the wall between the office and garage on Tuesday and they've already got the framings for the walls done.  So far, so good there.  They ripped out the drop ceiling and lights this

Wow you guys have really gotten hit with some pretty lousy stuff lately... :-( Sorry to hear about the wiring problems. Hope you can get out of it without to much expense... but I am whistling in the wind I do believe.
