Oh January, Did You Really Have To?

Well I may perhaps be an unnecessarily oversensitive sort of creature but this year does seem to have commenced with an unusually unncessary level of trying and discomfitting shenanigans! Hence such a long spell since my last journal update, I just don't seem to have had the time nor has brains been able to settle themselves into a reasonable

Hoe you had nice lasagne. Poor kitty not having any heat in the caravan, hope he has somewhere else he can curl up if necessary. We can see where the cats go at the moment as their footsteps show up in the deep snow, there are no secrets!

It does sound as if January has been rather full of extra things, most of which haven't been fun. I know saying no can be difficult, but I think you might have to work on it with the people abusing your good nature.

Lasange was nice thank you. Apparently kitty was somewhat happier having had the fire to curl up by this time. There were also various paw prints in and around the van although the beast has never seemed too fond of getting his paws cold. It is fun though being able to see where all the animals have been roaming clandestinely through the night

Glad to hear that writing down is helpful, sometimes pinning down exactly what is bothering you can help, I find that too when I'm feeling out of sorts.

If someone knocked on my door at 1am, I'd probably try to ignore them and hope they'd go away, but flats are different to houses, I know. Still it is not a normally acceptable time for social calls.
Ah well, hopefully things will settle down, January is a peculiar month, looked forward to with hope, but usually involving sorting things out, cold weather and generally unexciting things no one likes doing.

Maybe February will be better? ;-)

Well writings have always seemed to have been the favoured mode of expression for my brains. Curious perhaps how I can seem to be able to put things in order with the written word that escape me with speech, but then mayhap that is just on account of writing being a solitary activity.

Being as I'm just in the one room it's pretty impossible to ignore noises at the door. Some humans though can be more troublesome than others, still I haven't seem them since so hopefully I can yet has the place to myself for a little while now. Heh, in truth I wasn't much looking forward to this January with any great deal of excitements, but hopefully whatever remains of it will prove a little easier than it has been.

Still, I do finds February to be a suspicious sort of time, I mean how can you trust a month that can't even get its act together enough to put together at least thirty days? Ah well, maybe it will yet surprise me, can but hopes. :)
