Just got back from Spectre.
It's a Bond film. Entertaining and a little bit silly. Complicated though. A few more gadgets, lots of explosions, secret bases, enemies who explain all their plans, everything you expect.
That's about it really. -

My memory shorted out on me sometime Friday night or Saturday morning and it has been very bizarre since then. I watched The Man From U.N.C.L.E last night. Good movie, has a very Guy Ritchie feel to it, quite gritty, but with a sense of style. A few strange camera angles, quite dark and an interesting mix of humour, action and drama ( Read more... ) -

Tonight's viewing
I just got back from Avengers: Age of UltronThere was a lot of hype with this movie and I was looking forward to seeing it. I've got mixed feeling about it. On one level, it was my sort of movie - lots of wizz-bang special effects. On another level, a few too many special effects. Anzac Day
So, today was ANZAC day. For those who have no idea what it stands for - Australian and New Zealand Army Corp. Historically it is the day the Australian and New Zealanders landed at Gallipoli, which is in Turkey.
