So far, the shipment has arrived witha $66.67 COD charge that I wan't expecting, was expecting under $20 brokerage charge. The infocard said it was going to have a second attempt today, which didn't happen: it was being held at the office. I actually send something UPS to a friend in Canada, having no idea how much UPS would charge them on the other end to claim the package. Apparently UPS is expensive.

Yea - I am recommending you don't use them - they also went to the wrong house on the second attempt, claiming that there wasn't anyone available to pick it up. If you can, have it sent to a business that is available during the day!
