Well, since being terminated on December 8th, recieved my base pay on the 12th and 16th of December, which were within the 10 days the law has to get all money owed to me

Well, found the actual part of the laws they are breaking, in the Alberta Employment Standards: Termination of employment by employer - payment of earnings 9(1) When an employer terminates an employee’s employment by (a) a termination notice under section 56, (b) termination pay under section 57(1) instead of a termination notice, or (c) a combination of a termination notice and termination pay under section 57(2), the employer must pay the employee’s earnings not later than 3 consecutive days after the last day of employment. (2) When an employer terminates an employee’s employment and no termination notice or termination pay is required to be given, the employer must pay the employee’s earnings not later than 10 consecutive days after the last day of employment.

Paying Earnings Minimum Wage Hours of Work and Rest Overtime Vacation Pay General Holidays and General Holiday Pay Notice of Termination Maternity and Adoption Leave Continuous Employment Adolescents and Young People Farm Labourers and Domestics Wage Rate Changes Statement of Earning and Deductions
If they owe you money they act as a free lawyer and you file your complaint and go from there. i got 1200 in unpaid overtime from them so it does work.
