Well, one roommate I have been having problems with (and still owes me almost $800) decided he was moving out giving notice at the 23rd for the 1st!  Not even in writing, but just verbal when asked why he's packing.

Well, I have 2 new furs coming in... and the girlfriend of the one that left is trying to get us to let him back in... which won't happen.
