I still wonder why the stock market continues to crunch... when every damn report says the main reason it's crunching is because people are afraid of it collapsing. Self-fulfilling prophecy anyone?

Y'know, I was wondering THE SAME THING. The stock market is too emotional... If they would just stop flailing and whining the market might get better :P

And the fact that Prop 8 passed just... Astounds me. In the worst way. DX

At least there's already cases against it, and talk of taking it to California's Supreme Court... and very possibly the national Supreme Court.

All the noise is about the banning of gay marraiges... which ticks me off on a personal level... but what really alarms me is the fact that Prop 8 is designed to be retroactive. If that becomes a legal precedent... that doesn't bode well for our law system at all.
