Tomorrow will bw the longest I've been away from him and probably the first time he expriences formula. A big day for him. And for me. It'll be interesting to see how well we take it. I survived the first 2 weeks of mommy-ness. 934 more to go. Actually, that's not quite right. You're not done being a mother to your child until one of you is dead. But legally, ... yeah 934. I can do it. It's the most physically and emotionally challenging thing I've ever done, but I'll do it. Maybe even well. Maybe.

A word of advice for those without kids, don't have 'um. The accessories are bitches and never come with the manuals. Why? Cause a manual would be nice when you're trying in vain to tear apart a car seat to clean it. A manual would helpful when you're trying to pack the pack n' play ( Read more... )

I don't know how much longer I can take seeing him like that. Seeing him miserable and suffering. knowing that there's almost nothing I can do for him. Except get him another pitcher of ice water. Which any nurse would do.
