Lost (but honest) vs. Misled (and dishonest)

Some superior force is apparently putting Aislin on the front-line here. ;P I did the random draw again, 'lo and behold, her name came up, with Braedon as her opponent this time. Might it have worked better ("leav[ing] out the obvious tags") to write it from her point of view? That way you're only talking about how she sees his behaviors, and you don't have a chance for the "tags".

Just something to wonder, because I'm weird like that. :)

I guess what I'm wondering is, when you're writing scenes with him, will you be doing them from his POV? If so, I don't know that there's an "honest" way to write him without revealing his true motivations.

(Yay! I'm being annoying!)

You're not being annoying. ;P I understand what you're saying. Really, if it's his POV there's no real way not to show what he's thinking or that he's being dishonest. (At this point in the story) I think when they first meet him at Nadoc it will be in Aislin's POV. Thank you for bringing that up, it really helps. :)
