I know I know, it's been way too long since I've done a progress picture. In my defense I only got a new camera very recently, and I've been busy.

I don't actually know how much I weigh right now, as I've tried to ignore my weight since going off my last cutting period, I didn't want to scare myself into starving. Last I checked though I was in the mid 170's and I suspect that has not changed much. I'm currently lifting weights and getting some aerobic exercise in three times a week. I've been going to the gym for 90 minute sessions, but right now I'm trying to increase that to a full 120. Right now I'm focusing on my core muscles, but I'm also trying to pay a little attention to my triceps as well.
