Crappy Day!!! :(
Okay, I declare today a "SYMPATHY DAY" .....
Feel totally crap - my cough is still here and won't budge (stupid annoying dry tickly cough!), my head is a bit spinning, the stupid hot flushes are coming and going and I have missed the first slot for my 30 mins swimming.... who knows how the pool will be like later today.
