Training update

Ran 8 mi last week, 10 mi this morning.  The 10 mi clocked in at just over 2 hours, so here's hoping my race is another PR.  The time to beat is 2:19  or something close to that.

I think I'm going to push for 14 next week, then taper.

What race are you running? I've been trying to run recently and made a PR of 5 miles in under 55 minutes. I can't imagine trying to double that!
