I have found myself trapped in my own head, a victim of my own overthinking. I don't blame anyone but mysef for my actions, nor do I blame he overthinking itself though it's a terribly hard habit to stop. Overthinking has lead me to become defeatist, I neutralize my ideas and motivations before they have a chance to flourish and what does

Unplug for a few days. Just find some free time and claim it for yourself, with no purpose other than to decompress.

Overthinking projects is pretty common for artists, I'm afraid. We all do it.

What also might help is finding a good group of artists to talk with from time to time.
