There is something terribly wrong with our society when things like this keep happening. D went to Burns (six hours SE of Portland) in sub zero weather two nights ago to assess the situation. He took this footage and it's been getting much news coverage. There are over 100 dogs and they are being fed with cow carcasses from the local meat packing
