Yes, if you like older games at all you will want multiple memory cards, because you can download a ton of games for the original Playstation onto your psp, including Final Fantasy 7, 8, and 9, lots of Resident Evil, Parasite Eve, Legend of Dragoon, etc. If you want Final Fantasy Crisis Core last I looked it wasn't a download.

I bought that system mostly for the chance to get old Playstation games that I had damaged the cds to past playability. ^^; The downloadable PSone games are not nearly as expensive as a new game is now, too, most under $20.
I traded mine in eventually, but only after getting my PSvita. And, bonus? The games I bought for download on my PSP had multiple downloads with the purchase, so they could go on my PSvita and my Playstation 3 (if I had one) with a single purchase.

Unfortunately I need to buy me a new PSP too as mine is one of the first ones and has seen a lot of use and the battery won't charge anymore. I'll porb just go to GameStop
